That’s why we warmly invite you to share your feedback—both positive and critical. Only with your honest input can we continue to optimize our services.
We regularly ask our patients for feedback and greatly appreciate it when you take the time to complete it as openly and honestly as possible. Your comments help us understand what is going well and, more importantly, where there is room for improvement.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our care or have a complaint, we encourage you to discuss it with us. You can submit your complaint verbally or in writing to one of our staff members, or via the contact form on our website. Your feedback will, of course, be treated with confidentiality and care.
Once we have received your complaint, we will investigate it thoroughly and contact you within a reasonable period to discuss the matter further and work together toward a suitable solution. We take your concerns seriously and will do everything we can to resolve any issues and prevent them from recurring.
If necessary, we will take corrective measures to address the situation and ensure that your experience with our practice continues on a positive note. We want you to feel heard and to return to us with confidence for future treatments.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you are, of course, free to contact the relevant external authorities or professional associations.
